      I loved my staff and the bonus was nice if you didn’t lose it. There are more ways to lose your bonus than they tell you

      Cons

      Working super long hours. Regional managers with little to no experience in developing people so keeping the people is hard when they have nothing to strive for. Underpaying employees, go work for another T-Mobile third party and you’ll definitely make way more than mobileone is paying you. No support or development
