    Learning is totally dependent on ur boss.

    Needs to have flexible work rules.. People with laptop should be allowed to work from home instead of travelling.

    Availability of Learning and development potential and to explore the skills, there is a scope for more value addition and skill development of the team being part of training and development

    Cons

    Bottom line team is part of business and not dedicated resulting in Collection shortfall which can be avoided, the output is not aligned with the level of energy consumption across the team and there is challenge to ensue the hygiene of the input process designed by the company at bottom line team

    In current market scenario there should full time dedicated bottom line collection team
