I have been working at MANCER Consulting Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. Flexibility is given as & when required.
    2. Friendly work environment (I have re-joined this organisation because of its work Culture).
    3. Good Incentive Plans.
    4. Fair salary structure as compared to their competitors.
    5. Strong Clientele
    6. Lot of exposure & Career growth opportunities(Of-course one has to prove for that).

    Cons

May be for some people working on Saturdays can be Cons but i said earlier there is lot of flexibility given as & when required. And if you love your work, you wont look for Cons.

"Worst Company to work with in your career"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at MANCER Consulting Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

No pros. Literally no pros and I mean it.

    Cons

To start with , if you get any perks after years of hard work , they will take away your rewards with some reason.
You will be asked to terminate or resign whenever the management feels like without any reason or prior communication.
Also the salaries paid are way too less than the services you render.
You cannot survive with this salary .
Not to forget the CEO drives a Mercedes earned through your wages.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are an asset to your firm . If they work there , that means you owe them . Never try to own them . If you show some loyalty to your employees , chances are your company performs excellent and you are in one of the top consulting firms, which you are not right now.

I worked at MANCER Consulting Group full-time

    Pros

    Flexible timing
Party only if you are Manager and above
    Recruiters are created like sheeps
    Ok ok incentives

    Cons

Late sitting, Managers can leave on time but recruiters have to go late sittings
Biased Management, each one have their favorites and they support them
    Too much showoff
You perform or you dont they will give you pressure
So many people (Managers) are doing buttering to save their positions. And Management liked that
    Management is very self centered
    2 Sat working
    Salary coming on 7th
    OLD style of working.

    Advice to Management

Please open your eyes and see the reality. Mostly mid management people in your organisation are only good on talking not on working.
Hire some people who can do some action not only talking bla bla bla

    Pros

Friendly people, they give opportunity to freshers to start their career

    Cons

    1. No work life balance
    2. Its all work and no play
    3. Not at all an environment to work at- there is constant pestering from the management
    4. even if you perform excellent, there is constant pressure and cribbing
    5. Late working hours-even if you are done with your work, you can't leave and have to take permission from the manager, and explain reasons why you want to leave on time
    6. Once you join there, you become a labour, not an employee
    7. No appraisals even after two years of working there

    Advice to Management

Start acting like management, people who are working with you are not your slaves

I have been working at MANCER Consulting Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Joined almost 6 months back from another recruitment firm. The organisation has great culture & top management. In my previous organisation I hardly had any work & in Mancer you are loaded with work. Every Client I met had many good things to say which is a rarity in any Client & Consultant relationship.

    Cons

Every month there is a pressure of generating revenue. Its an aggressive organisation so need to match the pace.

    Advice to Management

Each team members incentive should be linked with Manager. I see teams earning incentives though Manager didn't even achieve his target. This will encourage team work & increase more revenue.
