    I have been working at MANN+HUMMEL full-time

    Pros

Stable company, stronger with Wix acquisition, good industry name

    Cons

Lots of moving parts between retirements and Wix integration. Still trying to learn that North America isn't Germany.

    Advice to Management

Trash the matrix organization structure. Too many bosses and hard to get things done fast.

    Pros

Great benefits, not far from home, good environment, once hired in you automaticly get paid vacation days, dependable work.

    Cons

No communication, the supervisor is rude and doesn't talk to us like we are human, he lacks respect. The heat is overwhelming in the summer. Get in trouble for having to go to the bathroom.

    Advice to Management

Don't keep your employees in the dark about everything. Stop the lies, and communicate more about what we want. Communication meetings are a waste of time, seeing how you never lets us speak.

    I have been working at MANN+HUMMEL full-time

    Pros

The work is not hard and the people are pretty nice.

    Cons

They pay is awful. You don't work for Mann+Hummel when you begin. You work through a temp agency and it is HARD to get hired on. The whole time you are with the temp agency you don't get bonuses and you don't get raises. I am looking for work elsewhere for this reason alone. It is awful

    Advice to Management

HIRE people so that there is less of a turnover rate. You are losing GREAT workers because of using a temp agency.

I have been working at MANN+HUMMEL full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Enjoy remote location and responsibility company trusts me to represent. First rate product line and perception that product line has in our industry.

    Cons

Would like more opportunity for feedback on new product additions. Issues with stocking levels at companies distribution center. Distributors I have responsibility for have things that hold me back.

    Advice to Management

Use us to help in positioning with new products. We have information I do not believe is used to allow us to be better positioned against our competitors.
