    This company can really help you become a stronger PM. I was struggling with Risk Management and working here has helped me tremendously.

    Cons

    The medical benefits are terrible and management is iffy,

    Pros

    good working environment and nice CO-workers. I can study a lot of knowledge of the regular medical and get many good friend in this company.

    Cons

    it is very hard to get chance to get the promotion. and hard to get the chance to try different position. the salary is lower

    Pros

    Great break room, has accessory needs for lunch. Lots of work space for Customer Service Reps. I've seen a lot of growth while working here. ISO certified company, great thing to put on resume.

    Cons

    Low pay rate. Wants experienced professionals but hires just about anyone that will accept their low pay rate. Accepts too much unprofessional talk that makes the company look and seem not as serious and professional as the present themselves to be in Orientation/Training. People quickly moving up with the same pay. Their rules/regulations contradict HIPPA law leaving you confused on what you should do.

    Advice to Management

    Be a little more with your employees than against them. Have that "When you fail, we fail" attitude instead of the dominant one. Guillermo is Great! Listen to your employees more and try to come up with outcomes instead of making them figure it out alone and risk them failing. Make the friendly competition of doing a an excellent job friendly and fun, just maybe there will be more positive outcomes

    Pros

    Awesome at the beginning and went downhill after about 10 years but I stayed on cause I needed the job not cause I had nothing else to do

    Cons

    After 17 years with company they did all their employees wrong they promised uib but we were rejected by them/maximus not uib and not able to receive uib. The company acts like they care about helping all charities or disaster but can't show any passion for their employees. No appreciation from the company they definitely don't care

    Advice to Management

    There were so many good employees and Maximus did not no how to take care of us. Not recommending this place to anyone. Management was the worse ever

    Tons of opportunity for promotion, focus is on quality customer service and not how many calls you take

    Cons

    This place is really huge so while your direct supervisor or manager may make one on one time for you, sometimes you feel like just a number when it comes to other things. Not terrible but not great. Paid twice a month isn't great either.
