      Good People, Good Morale, Good Environment

      Pros

      Dynamic work environment, staff are empowered to grow and develop the business, employees are involved in the betterment of the business. Real family environment. Flexible, and not restricted by red tape.

      Cons

      Processes and Communication, the challenge with most small companies is their ability to define, manage, and maintain processes, mainly because it's a dynamic environment, able to change direction quickly.

      I have worked for several MSPs. MBC is the best. Friendly, helpful co-workers. Great clients. Fully stocked fridge (pre covid) bbq every Friday (pre covid) Everyone that can work from home, does (during COVID)
