    Pros

Long time staff with strong work ethic and good reputation with their clients and staff. Staff in the field can benefit from their strong client base and extensive experience and expertise.

    Cons

Small company with only one office. Management has no plans to grow beyond this and senior staff have been there forever. While they are successful anyone coming in would have to wait for someone to leave or retire to move up. Staff working in the field would not have this issue.
