    I have been working at MC2 full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The health care benefits are great! Everyone is super helpful through out the entire company. I am someone who always asks questions and I never feel like I am shut down. Team work is definitely something we all do here.

    Cons

    Upper Management is a lot older and seem to have a traditional outlook.

    Advice to Management

    Train new employees better.

    Pros

    Free Food after working 12hrs plus on weekends, and eating/drinking on the "company" dime while traveling for jobs

    Cons

    -Favoritism -Good ol Boys club filled of over the hill gents, who invite their friends and family to join. -No raise, just find any flaw to give you nothing. -Find a new employer.. just don't.. seriously.

    I have been working at MC2 full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The company takes very good care of their own. Feels a lot like a family. Internal promotions are very common and there is a lot of upward growth potential. Business is booming right now so there is plenty of work to go around. The company encourages travel and that is almost always on the company dollar.

    Cons

    It is a work hard / play hard type of business. So you are expected to work long hours and sometimes on holidays and weekends depending on what is happening. The slow times are great but when things get crazy and the job requires a 70+ hour work week there is no complaining allowed

    Advice to Management

    Keep promoting from within. Let the employees know they are valued and not easily replaced. On-the job training and performance evaluation needs to be a larger focus.

    Pros

    Excellent leadership, creative, talented and hard working team. Amazing creations and the end product is awesome. Decent pay, but you will get dumped on with way more responsibility than first disclosed, with no raise or compensation adjustment, benefits are good, but costly. Tenure here is outstanding. Excellent growth potential....but be prepared to suck up for it.

    Cons

    Management allows a few toxic people to continue to poison the waters and treat others like garbage. Lack of respect is evident in those not in the "good ole boys club" and "clique." People generally are very nice, but as soon as some don't get their way....you can forget ever feeling at home here. Change is not accepted. Certain people walk on water. There could be 100 positive things about you and they will make...

    Advice to Management

    Stop sacrificing the happiness of most for the bullies to stay pleased. When you increase someone's workload significantly....raise their pay. Don't continue to make the lives of the core group easier by dumping on others. Get rid of the trouble makers regardless of what they may "have on you."

    Pros

    Honest and hardworking employees. A high integrity company. The work is exciting and interesting most of the time. Some of it is very public and prominent so you see the fruits of your labor.

    Cons

    Industry change is in the air. Will the company continue to adapt to changing client expectations, technology...

    Advice to Management

    Develop and enforce tighter procedures and policies while maintaining our flexibility with clients. Not easy, but necessary. Hire younger people. Encourage better communication by communicating more often with all employees.
