    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The operations staff are the best-- they are genuinely kind, friendly people. The event managers and coordinators really do work hard, but they have great relationships with each other and get to travel extensively.

    Cons

There are road blocks at every turn because the UK leadership is not open to feedback or innovations from the US team, nor are they transparent in regards to finances, or the business in general. It can be very stressful dealing with pedantic coworkers who treat you as if you were a child who didn't know any better.

    Advice to Management

Actually pay attention to your whole international team: honor suggestions and trust more.
