    Pros

Like minded people that care about helping other succeed in their health. Collaborative team that puts the customer experience first. Beautiful office and amenities near UTC mall.

    Cons

Commute getting into and out of La Jolla can be a challenge. But not anything the company has control over.

I worked at MD Revolution full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Not many. The rank and file are generally great people who have found themselves stuck in an awful place. Management needs a major overhaul.

      Cons

Terrible management, doesn't listen to the people in the trenches. Majorly wasted money for years. Treats staff very poorly.

I worked at MD Revolution full-time

      Pros

Smart, dedicated, hard-working staff They do make attempts at team building and company morale (bowling days, happy hours, etc) Clean, aesthetically pleasing office environment Somewhat casual dress code Flexible work hours

      Cons

When you read all the above pros, you're probably wondering how I could only rate MDR 2 stars. Let's start with the horrific upper management. They simply make foolish decisions. Over and over and over. And they somehow keep getting funding, but it all seems to be from the new CEO's pockets. Yes, that happened...the old CEO stepped down, but he is still ruining everything in a new way by "being more involved". The new...

      Advice to Management

Clean out the entire C suite and start over. Seriously. Stop laying off every single person who actually does work. Don't be shocked when the rest of the good people find other jobs and leave. Ditch your egos at the door and ask questions so that you can improve your products. You're squandering your best resources: the staff.

      No opinion of CEO

I have been working at MD Revolution full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Friendly Staff that works together! Great work environment. Weekly meetings with everyone in the company to discuss current situations.

      Cons

Terrible communication at this company. Staff works well together but lacks communication across all members of each team.

      Advice to Management

Keep employees well informed and give them at least a 2 weeks notice before you "let them go".

I have been working at MD Revolution full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Nice Break Room, Happy Hour brought into the office, Beautiful office, Sunny location, Free water, Fancy Coffee

      Cons

Executives lie about health of company. IT lies to clients about product's status and flexibility. MDR clients pulling out because MDR over-promises and never delivers. MDR doesn't pay their bills and are in debt. MDR does not know what their clients want. Culture is back-stabbing and not promoting. MDR does enough to get by CMS' regulations. Perhaps even boarderline fraud...

      Advice to Management

Investors need to pull out, CEO has no clue how to run a business, IT department needs a real leader. Board of Directors need to take a look at their books as the CFO has allowed the company to burn over $20 million in ONE QUARTER.

I have been working at MD Revolution full-time for more than a year

      Pros

This company is made up of hard working dedicated employees that are making enormous strides in the health of our Medicare patients. I am fortunate enough to get first hand feedback from Physicans and patients about how well the program is working, and we are getting better everyday! My experience with management has been very positive! The management welcomes and encourages ideas from all staff. Fair pay for a fair days...

      Cons

It is a start up company which often requires flexibility in the staff's job description which I personally do not see as a con, it simply helps to fine tune other skills that you may have.

      Advice to Management

Continue the work that we have started and don't look back! I appreciate the hard work and dedication that each of you have displayed!

I have been working at MD Revolution full-time for more than a year

      Pros

There are some really intelligent, ambitious, hard working people working here. Free snacks. Cool office space. Extravagant parties to boost morale.

      Cons

      1. After working here for any significant amount of time or doing your due diligence as an investor, you'll realize that there is not actually any product to sell. They claim to be a digital, scalable solution to todays healthcare woes, yet the vast majority of their Medicare clientele don't even log into their app or website. They've wasted MILLIONS on an app that doesn’t work. 2. Their solution to low engagement...

      Pros

Opportunity to help others and build something from scratch...can't learn that in school! Digital tech is way of future. Empower individuals to take care of themselves.

      Cons

Market slow to change and too conservative to adopt digital technologies. Need more partners willing to change the world. Innovation in healthcare is needed.

      Advice to Management

Stay the course and keep fighting the up hill battle.

      Pros

Coworkers are very smart, hard workers and great team players. The mission of the company, could they ever deliver on it, is admirable adn much needed.

      Cons

WARNING: If you are a potential investor or employee...RUN FOR THE HILLS! You do not want to waste a minute of your career or your money on this sinking ship. Every positive review on this website was coerced by the management to cover up the real, less than stellar reviews. This company is an example of cronyism at its best.
