    Positive Outlook

I worked at MDLand International as an intern

    Pros

Very Horizontal Management. A lot of room for growth and potential as a company. You are not stuck to any single role

    Cons

Bad Communication and low salary (expected because it is a fledgling company).

    Advice to Management

Use better Project Management and Communication tools.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at MDLand International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Ability to work on multiple projects at once and gain lots of knowledge in healthcare.

    Cons

Poor leadership, lack of follow through with leadership, many broken promises from leadership, not much room for advancement. Be prepared to be at the same position unless someone above you leaves the job. incompetent leadership

    Advice to Management

Needs to incorporate work-life balance. Reward those employees that are outstanding. Focus on the product and compare it to the direction healthcare is going. Be a leader in healthcare not a company that just plays catch-up. Stop outsourcing engineers/project managers there would be a more effective outcome if you had a team that was in the same time zone.
