    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at MEDCO (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great team of co-workers. We pull together to get things done.

    Cons

No opportunity for growth and advancement.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to truly observe the abilities, skills, as well as the talents of your employees, and then empower them to become more useful and advantageous to the company. Investing in those who are already present within your organization, who possess both knowledge and potential is far more advantageous than merely always looking outside the company for your particular idea of fit. Too many times individuals are overlooked or dismissed for reasons I am inclined to believe are biased.
