Pros
Great coworkers, being able to work independently, paid holidays, as long as you’re doing your job they pretty much leave you alone.
Cons
There’s a reason why employees aren’t staying there long. The pay for UR and NCM is terrible. For a company that is located in Newport Beach, and for the amount of work they expect you to do, they should be paying A LOT more. There is a lot of favoritism here, especially since management is all related. Be careful with who you talk with here, there is a lot of gossip and stuff spreads fast here.
