I recently switched to working in a Plasma center due to the infamous “burn out “. I have been nursing for 23 years and I thought this would help with the reset. I would love to hear from anyone that have worked in this area

Well it’s been 27 years today that I became a Masters Level Social Worker, first career was a first responder for CPS, then a Mental Health Liaison, riding with local Sherrif’s Department, retired, then two years later I’m supervising the 3-11 shift at a Crisis Mental Health Unit, it becomes clear in a very short time how dangerous this position is, as I watch several of my colleagues be assaulted, by patients. I’ll soon retire from a level 1 trauma center. I cannot imagine not going to work.

Anyone hiring for pharmacy technician but okay with thc in there system?? I have 2 years of hospital. I worked in ED,OR, and inpatient. Also have one year in retail pharmacy. Just moved to Oregon and have my license.

Had my first day of work today! I never thought I’d be were I am today. Soo grateful and blessed to find myself in a rewarding and positive position! I am glad I made the decision to see what opportunities were out there for me! If you aren’t in a healthy work environment, don’t hesitate to seek better!
