I have been working at MEDNAX part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you like working independently it's great. Pay is ok, hours depend on the hospital and the amount of babies born which can vary from 0 to as many as 11 in day. With 0 babies you get paid for 2 hours.

    Cons

You don't feel that you are apart of the company. No insurance options, no incentives, high turn around of co workers because you are either over worked or under worked. This doesn't lead to any career.
