    Good for junior entry-level positions.
    Easy to get in.

    Cons

    No challenging or creative task, mostly boring projects
    Poor management
    Overall corporate culture sucks

    I worked at MERA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    If you have no solution to find any other job

    Cons

    Bad employee treatment, no days off in a row, 9 different shifts, threatening emails etc

    Advice to Management

    The company had no real management, just poor Russian guy and the country housewife engaged to lead the job.

    Lots of opportunites to gain or use your skills

    Management is less agressive and abicious as it could\should be

    I worked at MERA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Big outsourcing company with obvious pros and cons.
    Some project may be quite old and therefore they use pretty old technologies.

    There are always opportunities to work with newer technologies albeit more rare.
    Personally i worked with pretty good people(management, programmers and testers)
    There were some exceptions, but it was rather rare.
    More or less it was enjoyable experience.

    Cons

    Outsourcing you know?
    You can get into pretty old project with only maintenance and old technologies.
    Obviously not everyone here will be passionate about writing quality code (often policy is as long as it works it is fine.)

    Always many jobs in different areas, for any qualification starting intern.

    Cons

    Salaries on an intermediate level, middle-level office places.

    Pros

    Allows you to make the necessary acquaintances. Colleagues are very open to communication. May be good for start.

    Cons

    Outsource, big bureaucracy, strange management

    Advice to Management

    Try not to hire managers who do not know the differences between Java and Java Script

    great for a start to learn if interested. trips.. but pros are early benefits. you start with 300-500 per month.. then it depends.

    Cons

    hire students from 1 year of university. offshore way of business... 1,5 senior with 5-6 students and 3-4 'dead but paid souls' or shares souls...most cons impact services rendered to thier customers
