Pros
some great people employed here
Cons
sexist attitude & lack of innovation
Your review is very surprising as this is not feedback that we have received from anyone. We encourage employees to come and talk to us if there is a concern they are experiencing so we can immediately address it. We would also hope that you would share this in your exit interview since we take those very seriously. We have some great initiatives in place here at MG2 and pride ourselves on fostering diversity, inclusion, creativity and passion.

Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at MG2 full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great people, great culture, but with limited diversity of projects to work on. If you're interested in working with big box retail, this is the office to be in. In my time there, we have started other projects just to have them sent back to the Seattle office. The Senior staff are excellent at being transparent and helping grow the younger staff. It's just a shame it's all built around big box retail. If there were a diversity of projects, and MG2 was in Revit it would be a top notch place to work for.
Cons
Firm isn't in Revit. Hard to obtain the "harder to reach" IDP hours such as CA hours. Pay isn't as competitive as some smaller shops (in my experience). Raises and bonuses are minimal. In my short time, with the firm, several people have left along with several being hired.
