    Negative Outlook

I worked at MGH Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    > Good Salary & Other Benefits

    Cons

    > The MD is a joke. He forms his own opinion out of nowhere. The CEO's of different verticals are just his puppets working for his benevolence.

    > MD & CEOs' both have huge mood swings all on a sudden & the employees do suffer from that. In short, employees can't depend on their mere mood only! Thus job insecurity, job dissatisfaction are quite at large in the whole organization.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at MGH Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good for freshers only. Only the owner Mr. Anis Ahmed is a good person. But his followers are stupids, for example his CEO Rezaul Huq is a cheap hearted, mean and having zero forward vision.

    Cons

They neglects their experienced or old employees. Their procedure of job termination is somewhat cheap and very much likely to treat you a criminal without farewell. Laptops will be taken back with or without your private files. Therefore, before you leave, shred your private data. Salary structure is poor. Increment is hard to see. Multitasking is companies backbone. 1 festival bonus. No difference being permanent or temp. HR's are biased to owner and great liers. No overtime, most people does 12 hours instead of 8 hours. some seen working even more. I started at 9k bdt in 2007, leaving after 11 years with only 50k bdt salary which is equivalent to a freshers salary in almost all reputed companies in bangladesh. total score 20% from me. cheers

    Advice to Management

    respect your people.
