    Pros

    Work Culture, Lots of Learning and Training, Benefits, Employee Networking, CSR events. The entire Sales and Convention team is amazing and hardworking. You can move up if you show leadership, drive, and the desire to learn more.

    Cons

    We really work hard, but you often get to prove yourself and what you are capable of. The best thing is, you are not doing it alone.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to hire those who are driven to succeed and really make sure they are getting the training to move forward.

    Hours are horrible and they change every week. work full time scheduled and not offered full time shift or insurance.

    Great hourly pay. Some departments are better then others. A lot of employee benefits, I guess. Free lunch. Paid break.

    Cons

    A lot of inconsistency. Hours will change weekly if part time in food & beverage. Favoritism.
