    Pros

    There is a high volume of cases, that are interesting and more complex. You have the opportunity to learn a lot in a short amount of time here. The size of the company allows you to do some large scale projects that you can't do elsewhere.

    Cons

    Compensation strategies for internal applicants is poor.

    Pros

    MGMRI has a strong commitment to leadership development of it's employees. It also has a culture of diversity and inclusiveness that applies for the employees as well as the guests. It's a nice place to work. There's tons of opportunity and the work environment is enjoyable. It's nice to be able to be proud of where I work and look forward to coming to the office.

    Cons

    Sheer size of the organization makes it difficult to get information sometimes. Training documents and processes being available would be helpful.

    Salaries for Operational and Administrative Employees are the lowest among major casino operators in NV. Senior Management has a lack of respect for lower tiered employees who are viewed are dispensable. MGM resorts is a company that invests heavily in their property assets, but not to their most important asset, the employees
