    Pros

Good starting pay and nice co-workers

    Cons

They will work you to death if given the chance. Get ready for rude, swearing, drunk, high, and ignorant people. Saw several fights, people throwing up, urinating and defecating on themselves, suicides, prostitutes, SWAT, and the desk is open for anyone to come around or jump across!!!!!

    Lost in the middle

    Pros

Super fun work, EVERTHING we make is from scratch. Always something to do, you never do the same thing two days in a row.

    Cons

Working at a non MGM establishment but being an MGM employee has its downfalls, we as employees get lost in the cracks of differing systems of operation. Pay is lower than if we were working the same title in the hotel kitchen and not for this entity. This is a multi billion dollar company.

    There ok

    Pros

Benefits, payed vacation time, a lot of overtime. The pay was probably the best thing about this company even though it's lower than most on the strip. Also overtime was always offered.

    Cons

Management will keep secrets from you, even if the news reports what's going on and you and your coworkers talk about you can still get written up for spreading a rumor.

A lot of lies during training

Jun 14, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in Las Vegas, NV

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision were all great.

    Cons

Pay is not worth the amount of work and information needed in order to do your job. Big discrepancy between groups of people and the amount of knowledge and required work but everyone still gets paid the same. Constant lies during training when said they don't track your time but they do so calling it by different names. Will get dinged for it if outside a specific amount. Managers will interpret guidelines differently instead of actually following written guidelines.
