    Pros

The most impressive thing at MGM is how people here are very helpful and friendly. In my department my coworkers are very professional, and always offer to show me steps and procedures that they think would be beneficial for me to know. I believe that is why they are considered to have one of the best training program on the Strip.

    Cons

So far I have not seen any significant cons

    Pros

Great place to train young and seasoned professionals in the way of politics, business, and what not to do. Great health benefits package.

    Cons

Way too political, to the point that it greatly hinders the work. The compensation is terrible and yet those in charge don't seem interested in paying their people fairly. Diversity at this company is a joke. If you're a White or maybe even Asian guy, you're golden. Anything else, you have to claw even harder to succeed.

    Pros

Great place to work, and the people are friendly to work with. Company is well known and you can meet lots of people to help further your career or other opportunities outside the company.

    Cons

Company is very fast paced so you have to work hard and don't take critism or people yelling at you harshly.

    Pros

Before covid it was ok. Could of been nice.

    Cons

Covid proved that this company only looks out for the folks at the top. While other great casinos looked out for their people while MGM treated employees like expendable commodities. 2 weeks of unemployment and zero communication.
