      Pros

      Cons

only thing I didn’t like about my department was the upper management team kept changing the quality form . Every time we would get use to the quality form, it changed which made it hard for the entire department.

      Great entry level job

      Pros

Free food everyday is great. Pretty laid back atmosphere. Expect to finish a realistic amount of work and never loading too much on the plate.

      Cons

A ton of walking, over 10k steps a day though that could be a positive health wise. Poor management. Far too many layers of upper management which makes it impossible to enact changes with a good idea and good luck getting a promotion more than once.

      Pros

Great employees, world class properties, brand awareness.

      Cons

Schizophrenic upper management, bean counters run the show and block progress, siloed leadership uses middle management as chess pieces, impossible to retain talent at below market compensation levels, constantly changing "flavor of the month" CSR initiatives.

      Fun while it lasted

Dec 18, 2019 - Front Desk in Las Vegas, NV
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Diverse, co-workers are awesome to work with

      Cons

Upper management/stockholders of this company does not care about lower end employees. They rather be cheap, cut benefits, departments, and workers to "save" money after employees stayed dedicated to their line of work for many years. They think they can run Vegas but their time will come because karma is a B.

      Hire better management team

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits, stable job, and structure for the most part.

      Cons

Management lack communication/organization skills, schedule is not flexible at all, rules change often, upper management does not seem to care about employees at all, most employees do not seem to be valued at all, questionable with new staff members because it does not seem like management followed full protocol throughout training, etc.
