    I have been working at MGNREGS-AP as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    first its a government organization
    second want to do for my village

    Cons

    they don't give bater environment of working, much less salary, we work more than 42 hrs but extra charges given to us

    Advice to Management

    they should give batter salary, make us parmanent
