    Advice to Management

More incentives to case managers. The job isn't easy.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at MHA of Morris County full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule with use of flex-time. Work attire is casual in order to fit in with client population. 70% of time spent in the field versus the office.

    Cons

Salary is comparitively low to other case management positions. Tools provided to staff is lacking in order to meet Medicaid requirements.

    Advice to Management

Better time management for both staff employees and management. There should be more open communication between HR and employees; open-communication should be encouraged and welcomed.

    Pros

Good benefits( days off, comp time, etc)
     Coworkers
    Challenging work

    Cons

Terrible communication from management, and often contradictory.
Zero job security, from new hires to long-term employees.
Holding multiple meetings to ensure that there is no job instability, all the while demonstrating the complete opposite.

    Advice to Management

Consider the effects of morale of current employees when suddenly releasing long-standing employees without warning and giving zero severance or benefits and the environment you are fostering. What benefit is gained by having workers constantly worried?
