    Pros

Positive coworkers, good benefits, reasonable expectations of employee's.

    Cons

Hourly rate of pay is not in-line with other correctional healthcare companies.

    Advice to Management

Increase hourly pay scale to attract better candidates for open positions. Listen to your on-site employees about any problems/issues they come to you with & fully investigate the situation before making a decision.

    Cons

Terrible management. On call constantly. Overworked. Disrespected. Your just a body to work as much as they want. If you don't come in when they call retaliation. Constant turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Absolutely not one in less you like "at will employment"

    Cons

Horrible benefits, Supervisors explosive one was even hauled off to jail due to his explosive behavior, does not care about patients nor staff which creates a trickle down effect. Very myopic which in reality ends up costing more.

    Advice to Management

When you receive MULTIPLE complaints from professional staff about supervisorisy staff maby you ought to investigate deeper into it. When you have half the staff from a state quit, people who have been there 10+ years then MHM comes in and within 2 months there's a mass exitness that's a profound statement on the status of the newly created environment. Ie: RED FLAMES It was no longer an environment I couldn't continue to work in such a hostle environment , lying about changes in pay (one hand has no idea what the other is doing)and most importantly patient care has suffered dramatically

    I worked at MHM full-time

    Pros

    The pay is pretty decent.

    Cons

First line supervisors show preferential treatment toward certain employees and when they get mad with you will go back and dig up old stuff in an attempt to get rid of you. You have no recourse because they will bring up that Ga is an at will state and that you work at the will of your employer.

    Advice to Management

Do a self check on yourself and treat everyone fair.
