    I worked at MINDBODY full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Very relaxed atmosphere, you can plan your workday however you want as long as you hit your targets. Great training. Great commission structure, if you work hard you can earn more than in most other places. Great health programs and benefits.

    Cons

    Chaos. There is some structure, but you have to figure most of the stuff as you go. Huge turnover. Unqualified management.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on supporting your staff, reduce turnover, provide more structure and training. Focus on the product and customer service instead of growing sales teams.

    Pros

    Great opportunity to exceed OTE, the harder and smarter you work the more money you can make. However you have to prove yourself, become part of the top 5 performers without taking a dip into 6 position and for 3 consecutive months and your sales thereafter will be filled of 70% inbounds, therefore allowing you to hit targets easier and exceed and never drop down in achievements, failure to do this will leave you struggling

    Cons

    in- house politics which had a negative influence on performances, there needed to have been better investment on training and educating new joiners in order to ultimately get best out of them. It was a revolving door with high staff turnover

    Some people consider it a great environment I would say that's a playground! Everyone does whatever they want, no respect for colleagues...

    Advice to Management

    It's a work environment not a kindergarten! Act like managers and take control of the situation.

    Nice people, gym bonus, fruit twice a week, good product to sell.

    Cons

    No organizational structure, rules only apply to new people. No incentive to work hard. No sales training. You either swim or sink.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. Do not play favorites. When you say you will do something, don't backpedal or turn it into contest.

    Pros

    The company is growing really quickly, nice atmosphere in the London office and good management. The CEO is visionary and inspiring. Good commissions plan if you work hard.

    Cons

    Too US centric sometimes, bad communication between the California HQ and the overseas offices.

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

    Good pay, nice people, wellness and fitness industry

    Cons

    Lack of training, no communication amongst managers, the US office do not care about the London office. Constant pressure from the senior managers.

    Advice to Management

    Provide structured training, have common sense, stop pressurising certain number of staff when the whole company is struggling. Stop the 'up your number or you are out' culture, and stick to your core values.
