I have been working at MINDBODY full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Wellness Card, Great Co-Workers, Helpful & Laid Back Team Leads, Cool CEO, Fair Pay, Job Security, Lots of PTO, and they just tale care of their employees.

    Cons

None that I can think of other than getting yelled at by customers. But that just comes with the job description.

    Advice to Management

Sounds like the sales team isn't too happy, maybe work on that?

I have been working at MINDBODY full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very young people environment and the location of the company is great

    Cons

Extremely low wages, the product itself is not good, the free coffee and fruit does not make up for the low wages. People think its cool to work here, but they don't see how underpaid the back bone of the company is ( tech support). Other positions might be really happy with their salary bc they dont have to deal with the horrible calls, and obviously because they are making way more than tech support. Overall not a good company to work for.

I have been working at MINDBODY

    Pros

Excellent place to work and software to use. Their set of core values is really inspiring to hear from such a large company. Humble and Helpful is my personal favorite. There is a strong sense of care for customers and their wellbeing not just about profits.

    Cons

It is the tech industry, so you have to be apart of that world. A job where you do not have to look at a computer screen for most of the day would be nice.

    Advice to Management

This section seems a bit odd to me. I could say to add more benefits for the employees but they are already really wonderful. Also, I have no idea how to run and manage a business of that magnitude.

I have been working at MINDBODY

    Pros

Very modernly organized forward thinking company. Has strong culture supporting holistic approaches, which matches well to company software product.

    Cons

Most of work is done in group rooms. Need to be able to screen out distractions to get work done.

    I worked at MINDBODY

    Pros

Coworkers are nice for the most part, they have decent benefits. Job is not that hard and the they do provide you with somewhat good training now.

    Cons

Management doesn't seem to know how to manage. Seems like they hire younger people to manage and it goes to there head. Pay is pretty low for tech support.

    Advice to Management

    Practice the core values.
