    Pros

    i like this job and i join here in few month only the higher officials are friendly manner Good hospital.

    Cons

    My request is give a chance to prove in the career and please put water cans or water machines to drink Ro water.

    improve managing the staffs and higher officials

    Pros

    There is nothing to share about there its like an army only they give you money not salary for you work its for your appearance

    Cons

    They treating the staffs like slaves. No respect to the qualifications and age. Everyone has been treated like slaves of that hospital owner.

    Advice to Management

    Treat staffs like a staffs they will do there job correctly. You are not running an army or jail to treat them like slaves/dogs.

    Pros

    I don't like this hospital. It's a hell.dont waste your time with this hospitals.

    Cons

    No humanity. Giving preference to rich people. Not at all thinking about staffs.they r giving punishment for unwanted reasons.not at all giving respect to staff nurses.house keeping supervisors are thinking they r the head of nurses.

    Advice to Management

    Give respect to staff nurse. Ask staff's problem and solve it. Protect them.dont show partiality. Clerk and PRO s are little hyper. Nurses are not there slaves.

    work preasure,working for 9 long hours is too diffcult,apart from work nothing is there for a employer

    Pros

    Having worked for 10 yrs , they have Very good infrastructure, maintains discipline with employs .that is the success behind its growth . Well paid when compared to other hospital.i enjoyed working for 10 yrs .

    Cons

    Well some people think being strict as negative because that is Indian mind set . Our people will not work efficiently if one is not strict . I do not find any negative in it .

    Advice to Management

    the institution has grown very tall in front of my eyes , . That means they are managing well . So we are small to give any advise to them . Especially Prof.Mohandas and its chairman Mrs.Mallika Mohandas.

    Waste management. Managers seeing partiality. They are favorable to when they are did a blunder mistake also.

    Pros

    Good salary. Avavilability of all hightach equipments. Beautiful campus. Good candidates are sent to Germany for training. You don't have to woory about finding patients. Patiens will walk in loads. have to report to only one person thats all ,no other heirachy. Good exposure to foreign patients.

    Cons

    Very strict management Sometimes heavy handed. Work hours are gruelling for Ortho department. Worth the money though. Can be tough soemtime to communicate to international patients.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage career developement for individuals so the atrition rate wil come down. Consider formal performance review systems to bring in consistency and positive ffedback.
