I worked at MISC full-time (More than 8 years)

Bonus payout quite satisfactory depends on your kpi. Average yearly bonus around 3-4 months.. Sometimes can go for 8 months.

    Cons

Bad politics within middle and top management. Double standard applied to sea staffs and shore staffs. Business unit is poor and do not know how to expand business. MISC profits depends on LNG sectors where they have long time MoU sending LNG to Japan, and others depends on Petronas. Less empowerment and plenty other bad stories.
