    Extreme amount of work, sometimes there will be weeks when you have to work 14 hours per day 7 days a week.

    I have been working at MIT part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    the life guards,and management staff are the best.

    Cons

    payroll program is very difficult to log into as there are two
    many parts to fill in for employee hours.

    Advice to Management

    Take the swimming pool control. Do not let an outside company run it.

    Pros

    MIT has some of the best benefits of any University in the area. Generous vacation, holiday and sick time plus personal days off.

    Cons

    MIT is slow to move projects along in most cases. It is also still a very paper oriented company.
