    Pros

Strong team, great culture, development opportunities, supportive management, training, WOrk from home, flexible work, exciting changes, talented staff, successful hard working claims team.

Can be unstable, must be open to change and new ideas - not really a con but if you are experienced and not open to learning it could be a challenge. think of any major issues just trying to make up to twenty words

    Advice to Management

I have been working at MLC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work life balance. Colleagues are friendly and supportive. People are very knowledgeable and willing to share ideas.

    Cons

Communications from the top could be done better. Pay is at market rate when you first start but payrise maybe slow.

    Advice to Management

Management should increase promotion of mentoring. Management sometimes do not understand the pain points from the teams.

I worked at MLC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good training. Supportive management on an immediate level. Challenging position. New systems being implemented when I left that were making things a bit easier for processing.

    Cons

Sometimes difficult to maintain work-life balance. Sometimes decisions come "from the top" without enough explanation/reasoning despite having a large impact on immediate work. HR team not so supportive.

    Advice to Management

Let your employees know about changes before the advisers do!

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at MLC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible working conditions, working from home option, monthly ADO, really good managers, there was a lot of restructuring last year and staff were worried about their job security but this is all sorted out and there is a really positive culture now, brand new NAB building must be the best venue to work in the world!

    Cons

Well below market pay is a common complaint and there is not much concern from management to address this, also MLC does not have a built in automatic annual CPI increase as other companies do therefore I lose 3% of my salary every year.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more.
