I worked at MMR Research Worldwide full-time (More than 8 years)
Successful, team-oriented, satisfying. MMR is a great place to work and I'm happy to have some great memories. Talented people in all departments, and global opportunities starting to become available for those who want this, at all levels.
It's not for everyone and be prepared for hard work and some stressful times by virtue of the market research agency world, just like all MMR's competitors. But you're supported by a strong team who do care about you. You are in it together.
Advice to Management
Be brave. Market conditions are dynamic and challenging. There will be constant change. Continue to stand for what makes MMR different.

Friendly colleagues. Young and fast paced research environment. Great for those who like a small company and would like to start from the bottom and work their way up fast. Progression from bottom up is faster than most companies if you fit the mould and work hard.
Badly managed, to the point of making redundancies to save their own skin a couple of years ago. Minimal protocol followed for redundancies, insulting for those 'targeted'. Many in senior positions have only worked & lived in the area (Oxford office) and have little understanding or appreciation of experience gained elsewhere that does not directly fit their way of working/thinking. Not recommended if you have big agency background unless willing to be moulded to a very specific way of working/thinking. Minimal benefits offered to employees.
Advice to Management
Your asset is your people. Value them and treat them better. Working client side I would not work with you, not for your inability to deliver on your projects but for the way you treat people that don't fit your mould. Why would I support you when I felt very undervalued. Such a small company mentality.
