- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great work life balance, benefits, schedule, Business model
Cons
More of a "home-health" type setting so difficult to get to know co workers

Great work/life balance - Nothing else
Aug 10, 2022 - Anonymous Contractor in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Minimal hours need to be worked to complete what’s on the schedule. You could essentially work another full time job on top of this one. The freedom almost makes the rest of the issues worth it.
Cons
Very small company with tons of hiccups, absolutely zero professionalism, low pay, low morale, ran by a family and all of the families friends so there’s no diversity but tons of favoritism, and below average benefits to add to the lack luster total compensation package.
- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Great work/life balance! Also a great place to learn from other disciplines.
Cons
Small company but willing to create positions for you to continue to grow in your field. Supportive administration.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Amazing company to work for, great clients and great administration
Cons
No specific cons that I experienced
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Love my clients and coworkers
Cons
Difficult management, biased caseload consolidation, and lack of help to therapists, frequent therapist turnover
