    Pros

Met some nice people on my team.

    Cons

Worked at MPG for about 13 months. Let's just say, not the best 13 months of my life. I won't even touch on the fact that overtime is rediculous. But senior management, specifically the CFO at that time was very rude. My first month there, asked me how come I didn't have a ring on my finger yet and then when I resigned he stopped saying "Good Morning" to me. Very matture!

    Advice to Management

Act like professionals and not a bunch of spoiled brats.

I have been working at MPG full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Family atmosphere and a great work-life balance depending on the department.

    Cons

Upper management play favorites when it comes to promotion and raises. No where to go. Very low salary and raises are very infrequent.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the people while they are there unless you will force them to leave.

I worked at MPG (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice people? Good location of office in Chicago.

    Cons

Upper management treated Assistant Media Planners very poorly. Small upper management did not know Asst. Media Planners by name, even after hiring. This was back in 2007. Hopefully HR has addressed these issues. Training for Asst. Planners and Buyers was instituted after 4 mont after hire date, completely unreasonable for moving upward. Media planners beware. Many people move from these positions

    Advice to Management

    Listen to managament.
