at one time this company was a leader in the PVF field.
Cons
They have put all of their eggs in one basket. The company no longer goes after the complete sales they have cut back on pipe inventory significantly and have become just another commodity seller ignoring the quality and American made products that was once their strength. Their mergers and acquisitions have been targeting oil and gas only. The downstream market is like a red headed stepchild. They had a strong employee engagement and customer involved approach from the top down. Privately held and financially strong. Sadly this philosophy has changed for the worse.
