I have been working at MRINetwork full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have now worked for MR Spokane for a little over a year and I enjoy coming into work everyday. The atmosphere is fun and competitive amongst all the staff members. It is a sales position and it is not easy but the owners are always there to help you and they want you to succeed. Earning potential is very high and it is actually possible to make very good money here.

    Cons

Honestly I can not think of any.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing because it works.

I have been working at MRINetwork part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Small company. Life, work balanced. you can work from home. flexible hours. lots of training materials.

    Cons

not organized. Not a very bright future. some times very stressful especially when you have not make your number.

    Advice to Management

Management should put clear goals and set the expectation clearly. Should have some mentors hip throughout the first three months of employment.

I have been working at MRINetwork full-time

    Pros

Health insurance is fantastic, 401(k) is industry average but you get a pension plan that you don't have to contribute to. Social events and other expense policies are very generous. 25 days PTO, far more than any I've heard of.

    Cons

I don't see negatives in working for the MRI Network. Only positives. No mandatory retirement age. Unlimited earnings potential. Excellent company in all aspects.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Keep up the great work. Keep up the great work. Keep up the great work.

    Pros

Great training ground to set a foundation in recruiting. If you want to be a recruiter, this is the best place to learn the ins and outs of recruiting and teach you the craft

    Cons

There are too many "scripts" and "the way we have always done it" approach. There is no one way to recruit but they prefer the MRI way. Very structured and lots of micromanagement, The flip side of that being if you learn how to manage your day and stay on the phone.....you will be succesfull.

    Advice to Management

Let people develop into their own style of recruiter. Once they have the basics and the placements are happening let them follow their instincts if the numbers continue to increase

    Pros

    some flexibility control of compensation

    Cons

It is not an easy role, not 9-5

    Pros

Great training, wonderful boss, good intro to industry

    Cons

You are ultimately on your own--the training can only take it so far. You have to be willing to slog for a long time before the placements start to come. Ultimately you only eat what you kill.

    Pros

I can honestly not think of a single positive attribute I can ascribe to this company.

    Cons

Low pay, absolutely terrible management and contracts that trap recruiters into being forced to stay.

    Advice to Management

I could go on and on but there's nothing to be said to a management that's inflexible, unwilling to change and by their own omission has a management style based in fear.

I worked at MRINetwork part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good pay for the work you're doing. Flexible hours and time off. There is a pandora connected speaker in the office and you can decide which music gets played. There is a ping pong table that doubles as a meeting table. No dress code.

    Cons

The office is depressing and really needs to be spruced up. All the furniture there is old and breaking and uncomfortable. I was made to do technical set up that I didn't know how to do and was reprimanded when I hadn't finished the task on time. Male-dominated, sexist management.

    Advice to Management

Improve the office atmosphere, stop micro-managing,
