    Negative Outlook

    Pros

NONE - except if you are not willing to work, in that case, the pro is there is no work.

    Cons

MANY- (do not be deceived by company's building).
-> lets come from the hiring process
-> In the company presentation they will deceive you by comparing it with the giants in the industry like Juniper, Cisco. in the realty mro-tek's total turnover from 1983 wouldn't come to 1% of what the other two make in a quarter.
-> once the offer is extended(which is done via telephone call), they won't tell you the notice period which was a ridiculous 60days(it varies for different people and departments) and you won't know it cause offer letter will be handed over to you after one or two weeks of joining.
-> the pay they say is 2.5LPA for freshers(but in hand you get only around 16K which comes to 2.1LPA)
-> you need to work on 1st and 4th saturdays. 5th also if the month has it.
-> there are only few managers(1 to be precise) that really know how to tackle a technical problem. the rest just talks out of the problem by explaining BS.
-> no canteen, in the cafeteria only tea and coffee are available no food is available.
    .
    .
    I'm tired..:P there are many..:D

    Advice to Management

they wouldn't listen to any advice. if you are, please check the cons and try to overcome them.
