    Pros

    Everyone is genuinely nice and cares for one another. Management team is very strong. Relatively safe industry.

    Cons

    Sometimes they treat their people too god and will not fire anyone even if they are absolutely terrible

    I worked at MSA Marketing full-time

    Pros

    Small agency that could handle big clients. The culture is great! The people are forward thinking. You gain massive experience working there.

    Cons

    Communication sometimes was not the best between agency and clients. Career progression in some departments was not possible.

    Advice to Management

    Better planning and communication.

    Able to expand and develop skills by taking on new responsibilities, mentorship from leadership team, cool office space and location

    Cons

    Some communication issues from the top, not very supportive and encouraging environment, overworked without proper compensation, non flexible work schedule

    Lots of great personalities in co-workers.

    Cons

    No career advancement possibilities. Stuck in the '90s.

    Respect employees for the job you hired them for. Treat employees as adults.

    Non competitive salaries.
    Over staffed head office.

    I would pare down the management staffing in head office, go back to the slimline functionality when Mike Scott ran the business.

    - heavy work load / lots of hours, but this seems to be a standard at most companies now a days
