    Business Outlook

    Pros

Remote, work life balance, vacation time

    Cons

Commission structure needs to be fixed. This is based off of margin dollars and not revenue. The goals are very hard to achieve. You are capped at $1,690. Can’t make anymore than this. If you don’t make your goals you are looking at making only a few hundred dollars.

    Pros

    Pay was decent starting out...

    Cons

You can work hard and not feel appreciated by managers. Does not take long to get burned out working there. Hard to transfer if supervisor does not want you to leave the department.

    Business Outlook

    Pros

No mandatory overtime. Mostly friendly coworkers. Flexible with time off. 6-month incentive bonus, however, might only be enough to fill your gas tank once.

    Cons

Low pay, if the hourly rate was higher I think new people would be inclined to stay longer. Department cross-training required means you might be stuck anywhere for your shift performing jobs you weren't necessarily hired to do.
