      Pros

      The culture is very excepting. The resources make it easier to be successful. Management typically is very helpful and cares about your wellbeing. Can make a career here if you really want to, many chances to be promoted.

      Cons

      The commission structure...my god it's so incredibly confusing making it hard to earn com consistently. The company seems to be chasing it's tail at times.

      Pros

      Company overall is a good company. The service they provide to their customers are top notch. The only thing I see lagging is they need to move their process into this decade. They are working to improve but waited a little too long to make these changes.

      Cons

      Commission structure can be confusing but is usually fair.

      Dropped the ball on new commission structure

      Pros

      Very competitive and pricing and that's left to the sales rep to be able to handle which is nice.

      Cons

      They completely dropped the ball on their new commission structure losing most upper portions of their sales force. No clear guidance from management. No clear direction on how to get things done even from a small project to a large crossover of orders. They make it more and more difficult to sell to the clients and push a lot back on the reps themselves. They only give you an iPad and want you to be able to cross reference large Excel files and comb through a lot of data which a computer is needed for.

      Hard to Understand

      Company Car. Free phone and IPad.

      Cons

      Terrible Commission structure. New programs rolled out and if they don't work it is the Sales Force's fault. It is never the program just the associates. Zero ability to move up for people that work hard. They hire people with no Industry experience and tell you that your not qualified. Zero work life balance.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Same day shipping. Large amount of products stocked. Wide array of available brands. Employee for close to a decade.

      Cons

      Low base and complicated bonus/commission structure. Misaligned goals across departments. Ever changing focus and direction. Support has been fading for customers and sales staff. Top heavy management. Weak CEO.

      High base pay, company car, benefits, training, great analytics, knowledgeable associates, patient management, invests in employees, flexible schedule, good work life balance, already established account portfolio

      Cons

      Complicated commission structure that makes it difficult to get consistent commission, have to relay all quotes through office and count on branch staff to stay on top of them, lots of tracking and logging,
