      Pros

Good team and collaboration; learned a lot, and worked on a lot of fun clients. I started with a smaller agency that was acquired by MSL so got to experience the large agency model for several years. Worked with some great people, had exposure to new things and types of services. Overall good work/life balance for PR.

      Cons

There was a lot of executive management turnover that made it challenging to understand the focus/vision for the company, where you fit, etc.

      - amazing office, great culture and people - always felt like people were willing to help - workload was busy and productive, but never unmanageable - great work/life balance

      Cons

      - was a bit slow in the beginning to get started and get assignments - it would be nice if interns could get some pitching experience

      Pros

Interesting client mix and an impressive global network. The account teams are talented and terrific, though they tend not to stay around very long.

      Cons

Horrible management, which continues to turn over on a regular basis. Complete lack of work-life balance. Paris is only interested in the bottom line.

      Cons

Lots of employees work remote, which impacts communication. Pay is a bit low. There's not formal onboarding for new employees. Very poor work-life balance.
