I have been working at MSX International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours. Two weeks vacation after a year.

    Cons

Benefits are high. 401k with no match. Management is lacking considerably, poor communication. Drama all the time. Pay is mid level and varies drastically from person to person. Raises are few and far between.

    Advice to Management

Listen and treat the employees like people. Make them enjoy coming to work not dread it. Be more forthcoming with personal performance.

I have been working at MSX International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good relationship between the team members and flexible work schedule .

    Cons

Very low salaries, no feedback or reviews unless you ask for it. new duties added to the job upon your development but that will not be reflected in your salary. horrible benefits comparing with other companies. expensive health insurance and not match toward your 401K.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees, respect them and recognize their skills and experience. COMMUNICATE with your employees and ask them how they are doing and if they need anything etc.

I worked at MSX International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

A Paycheck...I waited a while to write this review and only did so at the urging of someone still stuck there....the word has to get out so that positive changes can happen(maybe from current leadership taking notice). Also, if one person who reads this and decides to stay away, they have been tremendously helped in their career and life.

    Cons

Worst Benefits out there...high premiums, high deductibles, no 401k match, no training, no career development, no tuition assistance, no anything. Low pay with inconsistent/nonexistent increases...annual increases are not given on an annual basis and its always a "we'll see" approach. I would give negative star ratings or zeros if it were possible. Bad culture, poor morale, tremendously high turnover especially in key positions.

    Advice to Management

Reflect on your life...Don't you want to help build a good company that employees want to work at? Do you think that focusing on the bottom line will accomplish this? I would say to ask your employees about what they think, however, many of them feel that you already know and are just ignoring them.

I have been working at MSX International (Less than a year)

    Pros

The name of the company is recognizable, no overloaded workflow, flexible schedule

    Cons

Minimum salary, no bonuses, no matching 401K plan, pretty expensive medical insurance and not the best quality (if you are not on the managerial position you can't afford a normal plan)

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to your team than tools

    Pros

Depending on your position, they can pay very well. - There are several opportunities within the company. If one position doesn't work well, there are plenty more to choose if you qualify.

    Cons

Supervisors and upper management have a complete disconnect from employees. Supervisors do not care how qualified you are.......if they don't instantly like you, get ready for the unemployment line!

    Advice to Management

Give new employee's more than 2 work days to prove themselves. No one can realistically determine a new employees' fit in 2 normal work days. It's just not reasonable! To the company....... If that is what your supervisors are doing, they don't belong in their positions!! Horrible management process!! (Especially after a 2 month interview and evaluation process!!!!)

    Pros

Great work enviroment, flexibility in hours, great local team pride.

    Cons

Too many chiefs, everyone has a different opinion of where you primary focus should be. Get back to being a great consulting team and allow people in the field to train and coach.

    Advice to Management

Listen to field operations on what clients want.
