I have been working at MSX International full-time

    Pros

The pay is adequate and the on-boarding staff was nice.

    Cons

Feel somewhat disconnected being a "field" employee. So much time is spent with client (you reside at the client location) that you have more of a connection with the client not MSX.

    Pros

Fun traveling with company to different dealers making suggestions and action plans to improve dealer processes. I liked providing dealers with different ways of looking at ways of doing things.

    Cons

Lack of communication and training for jobs. Management did not provide training and would expect you to know how to do everything without any direction. People on the team would take on projects to attempt to make processes better and manager would do absolutely nothing with suggestions or any recommendations.

    Advice to Management

    Communication is key to success

    Pros

They fot me out of my last job and are still paying my paycheck, at least for the time being.

    Cons

Was lied to from day one about not being a contracted employee. Turns out I am a contracted employee and the contract is almost expired with the company. They also lied about the schedule I was to be working. In general, unorganized institution.
