    Pros

There will no delay in the salary credit date. Sharp 1st it will be credited to your account and nothing else is good here in Chennai management.

    Cons

Faculties are playing the management role too, thus it affects the whole operations and it makes staff life miserable with no improvement but only blaming like they do in the classroom.

    Advice to Management

Please take only deserved candidates to the desired position. Not a faculties.

    Pros

U will become disciplined, punctual and regular. It will make u a good teacher overall because u will get to teach various students from different schools and even different places. So u will get a good exposure.

    Cons

Provides quality education to students with highest fees charged. Provides worst worst salary structure to any professor or any employee or even an external paper corrector. Also growth is very very limited. And please dont think about short vacation or even few leaves.

    Advice to Management

Please raise salaries of your employees and also provide growth and also some leaves if required. Stop showing rosy picture. No one will like to work with you for more than 6 months.

    Advice to Management

Keep your teachers happy and invest on teachers who give their heart and soul.....Sycophants should be kicked off and start appreciating the people and recognising their work and efforts instead of exploiting and using them.
