    Pros

The chance to work with missionaries and help develop their language, teaching, and study skills was a great blessing. It was fantastic working with the other teachers as well.

    Cons

The main con for me was that it was way to far of a drive to really be great. I was living in SLC at the time going to the University of Utah and 100 miles a day commute got to be too long and expensive.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to keep up the good work! It was a pleasure working with the management. They were extremely helpful and were always there to help me get better.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

None, unless you enjoy constant bs from upper management.

    Cons

The management of this company is a joke. No one takes responsibility for the economic condition the company is in. Blame is placed on current employees when it belongs with the people that have run the company into the ground over the past decade or more.
Absolutely no engineering, manufacturing, or sales management talent now exists within MTC.

    Advice to Management

Find a buyer stupid enough to buy you.
