    Job Security, Opportunities to learn! Training for employee grooming, Employees are given chance to express their ideas and share them with the higher management,

    Lack of distributed decision making, Long process to approve a project, Lack of co-ordination amongst departments specially IT Department with other departments, Minimum follow up on running projects!
