    It was a multi national company with Verse experienced people to work with.

    Economic Crises, the depreciation have led to the scaling down of the company activity.

    Improvement should be in the well being of the family.

    Friendly environment, the management are open mind .

    Cons

    no system , no training courses to develop your career path , no upgrading , low offer

    Advice to Management

    promote the staff , learn them how to be professional, up grading system need to be added to the HR policy

    Pros

    - For a fresh graduate or a beginner its the best place where you can learn a lot.
    - Very open environment where you can share your ideas freely with any prejudgments.

    Cons

    Not a long term commitment company whereby the benefits & compensations are very low and not interested.
    Doesn't invest in their people and rely on trainees and the need for a job in the market

    Pros

    extensive experience in building mobile networks in very challenging business environment which develops excellent experience.

    Cons

    financial reward, Work Load, Embargo, country conditions (infrastructure). Branch office employees don't get a fare chance to progress into regional senior positions due limited interaction with CU and Regional management.

    match international standards when it come compensation and reward.

    Pros

    A global group and multinational staff, so the organizational structure and procedures are very clear, straight forward and ethical. The pay and benefits are decent. People are of high caliber and the atmosphere is welcoming. The company is always improving its procedures, conducting surveys among staff on various issues of matter and improving them.. the have wonderful group leadership.

    Cons

    Not the top in the country in terms of payment nor reputation.

    Advice to Management

    Go Forward, you are great; but raise payment a little to mitigate the high turnover rate.

    sometimes I feel a little bit un pleased working

    I love working at mtn but sometimes the network let me feel a litle bit unhappy
