    Pros

People there are friendly. Nice working environment and you have a chance to learn a lot by yourself if you are willing to.You can speak freely but it's not guaranteed that they will take by your opinion even if they are convinced with it. They try to apply professional tools of communication but they don't always act based on these tools results.

    Cons

Salaries are not up to what they should be.departments are not working in harmony which causes a lot of limitations to the network.Follow up is a major part of the working day which is extremely tiring and does not let you focus on your job.

    Advice to Management

Management (Especially CEO) needs to follow up each department work in-depth to make sure they work in harmony. Also not all managers are technically updated.
