I have been working at MV Transportation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    work day goes by quickly.

    Cons

MV is pure ghetto from top to bottom. Pure chaos and lack of regard for clients and employees. I feel sorry for our passengers because we abuse them. One example is that we routinely keep passengers on the bus for 2.5 hours for a 25 minute ride. This is by design, not by accident.

    Advice to Management

You only care about profit and zero about customer service or employee satisfaction. Shame on you for running the company this way.
