Current Employee - Family Support Specialist in Dayton, OH
Current Employee - Family Support Specialist in Dayton, OH

    Pros

You are helping families in need. Your sole purpose is to make sure pre-school aged children are recieving all necessary support to beging kindergarten and be ready. You are supporting the family as a whole with whatever needs or issues that they may have, connecting them with community resources.

    Cons

It is non profit and the raises are few and far between. You can't do this job if salary is your priority. It is ever changing and a very paper driven report loving place to work.

    Advice to Management

Offer more praise. Re-evaluate the work load, it is very difficult to complete everything in a timely manner and have it done properly.
